By default, all participants enrolled in an In Home Usage Test will be required to receive and test products shipped to their address. You can specify additional add-on activities required for your research design in the Define Audience step.
Video Add-On
Use video submissions to bring the consumer voice to life. Video activities can be up to two minutes long, with maximum three prompts.
In the Define Audience setup step, specify how many participants per Test Group are needed to perform video activities.
Video participants will receive instructions about the video activity requirements and a survey to submit each video. Document your video activity requirements in the Instructions step.
Photo Add-On
Include photo submissions to capture visual details that may not be easily described in text or conveyed through other survey responses.
In the Define Audience setup step, specify how many participants per Test Group are needed to perform photo activities.
Photo activity participants will be asked to upload photos within the surveys they're taking as part of the study. Include photo upload questions and document your photo activity requirements within the design of the relevant survey(s).
In Depth Interview (IDI) Add-On
Use in-depth-interviews for exploratory research to uncover rich qualitative insights through flexible and adaptive questioning.
In the Define Audience setup step, specify how many participants per Test Group are needed to perform IDIs. Please work with your customer engagement representative to design the IDI.
Product Return Add-On
In the Define Audience setup step, specify how many participants per Test Group are needed to return products shipped to them.
Document the designated return process in the Instructions step.
