When building your surveys, you can copy the entire survey into other surveys, or select questions to bulk delete them or copy them into other surveys in your project.
Bulk Survey Copying
To copy an entire survey into one or more DRAFT surveys of the same type:- Click on the Actions menu at the top of an individual survey
- Choose "Copy Survey to"
- Select the surveys that you'd like to copy the survey into. Destination surveys must be the same type as the origin Survey and in DRAFT to be copied into.
- Confirm that you've selected the surveys you want to copy into.
- Surveys are copied!
Bulk Delete Questions
- Click on the Actions menu at the top of an individual survey
- Choose "Select Questions"
- "Select All" from the action bar, OR select individual questions using the checkboxes
- Click "Delete" in the action bar, and confirm that you'd like to proceed
- Questions are deleted!
(Note that any locked questions like intros, product confirmation etc., will never be deleted)
Copy Questions to another Survey
- Click on the Actions menu at the top of an individual survey
- Choose "Select Questions"
- "Select All" from the action bar, OR select individual questions using the checkboxes
- Click "Copy To" in the action bar
- Select the surveys that you'd like to copy the questions into. Surveys must be in DRAFT in order for questions to be copied in.
- Confirm that you've selected the surveys you want to copy to
- Questions are copied! You'll see them at the bottom of each survey
(Note that any locked questions like intros, product confirmation etc., cannot be copied)
