We rigorously evaluate applications to join our community of product testers, and continue to monitor tester behavior ongoing in order to maintain this standard.
Community Health, Composition, and Ongoing Growth
We pride ourselves on anticipating and responding to trends that are likely to be relevant to our customers's research needs, and actively monitor for proper demographic, psychographic, and geographic representation. We constantly evaluate the makeup of our community of testers, and grow our community strategically so we can meet testing requirements of our customers, even as they grow and change.
Highlight also collects rich data about our testers that allows for efficient targeting when conducting a study and helpful, interesting contextualization of feedback when the project concludes.

The minimum age to be a member of our community is 18. Testers must live in the United States.
