How to Use VoxPopMe

With VoxPopMe, you can:

• Watch and download video responses
• Read transcripts and analyze sentiment
• Identify themes and patterns
• Create shareable video showreels

Navigating Your Project Dashboard

Once logged in, you’ll see several tabs. Each one serves a different purpose in helping you analyze video feedback.

🤖 AI Insights Tab

A quick way to understand key findings without watching every video.

What you’ll find:

• Summarized insights and key themes
• Standout quotes
• Relevant video clips for validation

AI Chat

Use AI Chat to explore insights conversationally.

Example:

“As a retailer, how can I advertise secondhand clothing?”

You’ll receive:

• A summarized answer
• Supporting video clips as evidence

You can:

• Ask follow-up questions
• Add clips directly to your showreel

🎥 Responses Tab

This is where you can explore all individual video responses.

Key features:

• ▶️ Watch videos by clicking thumbnails
• 📥 Download responses:
  • Bulk: Project menu (three dots) → Download Responses
  • Individual: Response menu → Download Full Video
• 📝 View transcripts alongside videos
• 🔍 Search transcripts for keywords
• 🔗 Compare responses with survey data via “Additional Data” (user IDs)

🧠 Themes Tab

A high-level view of recurring topics across all responses.

Use this tab to:

• Identify the most common themes (ranked by frequency)
• Click a theme to jump directly to relevant video clips
• Review metrics:
  • Number of mentions
  • Number of respondents mentioning the theme
  • Sentiment breakdown

📊 Charts Tab

Visualize your data quickly.

Available outputs:

• Word clouds
• Sentiment graphs
• Respondent-level data (user IDs)

You can download these visuals for reporting or presentations.

🎬 Creating a Showreel

A showreel is a short, curated video made from response clips. It helps you tell a compelling story using real customer voices.

Why use a showreel?

• Share insights with stakeholders
• Bring data to life
• Highlight key emotional moments

Steps to Create a Showreel

1. Select clips
   • From Responses or AI Insights
   • Highlight text → click “Add to Showreel”
2. Organize clips
   • Open Showreel Studio
   • Drag and drop clips into order
3. Edit clips
   • Trim video
   • Add captions/subtitles
   • Adjust orientation
4. Generate & share
   • Click “Create”
   • Share via link, download, or embed
