IHUT Notifications

Project Notification Subscribers will receive email notifications tracking the progress of the IHUT:

• Project is submitted (will only go to the person who clicked "Submit")
• Project is awaiting shipments - triggered when a project has a shipment that is missing tracking information
• Shipment(s) are late - triggered when the expected delivery date for a shipment has passed and products haven't arrived
• Product(s) are received by the Highlight warehouse
• Project is "In Progress" - triggered when a submitted project passes quality review and products have arrived to the warehouse
• Recruiting has started
• Recruiting is complete and shipments to Highlighters are processing
• Boxes have been shipped to testers
• Data collection has started and results are coming in / viewable
• Final results are available in the platform
