To ensure your project meets your timeline, please be aware of these important milestones. (Note that steps 1-3 are most critical for ensuring that we meet your timing - there are lots of dependencies that require these steps to happen as planned.)
- Kickoff & Onboarding: First-time customers kick off their project with a live platform onboarding session.
- Project Submission and Quality Check: After kickoff, set up your project to align with your research needs, then submit it for review. Setup includes defining your audience, designing surveys, and providing detailed instructions for both testers and Highlight's warehouse. Once your project is submitted, budget one business day for quality review.
- Product Received by Highlight: ship your products to Highlight's warehouse with enough time (typically 3 business days) to repack and then ship out to your project's recruited participants.
- Recruiting Participants: After your project is reviewed and ready to launch, Highlight begins recruiting participants. Timing for this step depends on your audience requirements.
- Boxes Ship to Participants: Once participants are recruited, boxes are shipped from Highlight's warehouse to deliver products for in-home usage testing. Timing here depends on your shipping speed.
- Fieldwork: As testers receive their boxes, data collection takes place for your specified number of trial days + 3 days buffer. Highlight manages progress and quality throughout. Results are available to explore as responses start coming in.
- Project Complete: Once fieldwork concludes, final and quality-checked results are available for your completed project.
