Quick Pulse Digital Surveys

Quick pulse surveys are lightweight, digital surveys designed to give subscription customers a fast, low-lift way to ask consumers a few focused questions and get rapid results.

Quick Pulse Surveys are included for free (zero credits!) with the following Highlight subscription packages:

  • Core: 1 per month
  • Growth: 2 per month
  • Scale: 4 per month

Note: Quick Pulse surveys are not included with "Starter" Subscription packages.

How to create a Quick Pulse Survey with Highlight

Quick pulse surveys are available in the project setup flow.

Create one by:

  1. Clicking ‘new project’ button
  2. When prompted, select “quick pulse survey”
  3. Once your project is created, input your project details, adhering to the following guidelines:
    1. Survey type: Digital survey only — no stimuli or concept images
    2. Number of questions: Maximum of 5 questions
    3. Audience: Maximum 1 audience per survey. Keep audience broad, using profile data as needed
    4. Targeting: Profile data only — no custom criteria
    5. Sample: Maximum sample size of n=100
    6. Add-ons: No add-on activities included in Quick Pulse Surveys

  4. Submit your Quick Pulse Project; your project will be reviewed within 1 business day.
