Instructions and address details for shipping products to Highlight’s warehouse, including delivery hours and scheduling requirements.
Warehouse Information
Products should only be shipped to the Warehouse after contract signature and product information is populated in the Shipping tab (within the Setup) of your project.
The following information is required:
- Tracking Number*
- Expected Ship Date
- Expected Delivery Date
- Carrier
- Status
- Product(s) Being Shipped
- Quantity
- Storage Requirements
- Shipment Notes
*Please note: We cannot guarantee receipt of your shipment without tracking information. Deliveries made through immediate drop-off services such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, or similar couriers are not permitted.

Tip: It is recommended to place a one-pager at the top of each box detailing the organization name, contact email, product list and counts, and any important product specifics such as expiration dates. Please require a signature for delivery of your shipment to ensure successful receipt.
Receiving Hours
- Non-Pallet Deliveries:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST.
No appointment necessary for small parcel or non pallet deliveries during these hours. - Palletized Deliveries:
An appointment is required.
