How can I let the Highlight warehouse know that my product is on the way to them?
On the Setup > Manage Shipping step of your project, you can add a shipment(s) with any relevant details - the more information the better! At minimum the team needs dates, tracking number, and quantities to ensure successful delivery.
Will I be notified when my product(s) arrive to the warehouse?
Yes! You'll receive a notification from our system when product(s) arrives, including the specific items that were received and the quantity. If you have multiple shipments, you'll receive an individual notification for each one.
Where do I specify how a product should be prepared for testers?
On the Setup > Specify Handling step of your project, you can specify any instructions that you need our warehouse team to complete. This could include:
- Repacking (packing your product into another container like a box or bag)
- Blinding (obscuring the details of the product)
- Labeling (adding a label with a tester-facing name and/or other information like ingredients etc.)
Will I be notified when my product(s) are shipped to testers?
You'll receive a notification right when we begin processing the boxes for shipment, and another notification once boxes have been received and responses are starting to come in.
What if I need testers to return product(s) to me / somewhere specific?
You can specify on the Handling step of your project if you need product to be returned, and to which address it should be sent to. Our warehouse team will ensure that testers receive return labels, and our Community Team will be in touch with each tester to ensure a successful return.
What does Highlight do with any product that's left over in the warehouse?
On the Setup > Specify Handling step of your project, you can specify what you'd like the team to do with any extras. They can donate it, dispose of it, destroy it completely, or ship back to you / a specific address.
